  Went there a while back and the oldest fattest man there told me I needed to replace a bolt he had to remove during a simple oil change. He said the previous person had to of stripped it, so I then told him well the previous person was you guys Cuz I've been coming here forever. He argued with me and said that couldn't be true and basically called me a liar.
