  The receiving of freight is terrible. Absolutely
  NO consideration for incoming drivers.
  APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING HERE.
  This is the 3rd time I have waited for HOURS
  beyond my appointment time. I personally
  will NOT come here again.
