  Very disappointed. During the negotiation the owner was very respectful, I know now he was just faking to secure our business. I was absent during the installation due to the passing of my beloved mother. The owner was not present for the installation and his workers were so careless. They destroyed my walls and were disrespectful when addressed on that by my son. The contractors that he recommended to complete the backsplash up the price to cover ACME granite' mistakes. The granite was not polished properly and has several raw spots of rock that are rough and they're chipping into bigger ones, the owner, offered us a free piece of granite for our bathroom and to repair the granite, but now he never answers our calls or texts to complete the repairs or to install the piece offered, It has been almost 3 months and the communication with ACME granite's owner is non existent. Don't be fooled they do not deliver what they promise.
