  Had some simple embroidery work that I needed done on semi short notice. Brought work in shortly after the shop opened. Rigo assured me the work would be ready by the next morning at the latest; he said it would likely be ready that afternoon. Their shop was completely dead when I went in, so I figured they would get right on it. I returned the next morning around 10 to find out that they hadn't got around to my job yet, which btw they were going to charge far too much for. Needless to say, Rigo's Signs will not receive any more business from me, my family, or my friends. This company obviously doesn't work very hard to satisfy the customer. Take your embroidery and sign needs elsewhere!
